We’re still busy with our summer season here but it’s hard to ignore the evenings creeping in & the shop aisles turning red as Christmas approaches. Our customers too have started to ask what we can offer them for the festive season so I guess it’s time we gave you some idea of what Winter 2017 has in store here at Get West.
One of the most exciting developments for us this year has been the launch of our latest activity offering – Escape Limerick – an exciting escape room experience in the heart of Limerick City’s Medieval Quarter. Escape rooms, for those of you who haven’t heard of them, are real-life physical puzzle games, where you & your colleagues are locked in a room for one hour and you have to figure out a series of puzzles & challenges together in order to escape before your 60 minutes are up! Full of fun & challenge, they’re an ideal choice of activity for a Christmas night out, and our central location near King John’s Castle on Nicholas Street means that you’re within walking distance of some of the best pubs & restaurants in the city for afterwards. Our escape rooms are open from morning to night so if it’s a daytime activity you’d prefer, this will still work a treat. Our popular Minute To Win It activity package is back on the Christmas menu this year. For those of you looking for something more than the usual dinner & drinks for your Christmas night out, this is a great option to inject some fun & festive cheer into the proceedings before everyone is too full to move later in the night. We’ll still be running some of our slightly more adventurous activities throughout the coming months for corporate groups looking for some action to keep them warm over the winter. We’ll be running these packages all over the country, however if your company is lucky enough to be located in, or near, Limerick City, Limerick Milk Market is a wonderful venue for some outdoor Christmas activities. With a spectacular roof over your heads, your event is guaranteed to go ahead despite whatever weather the winter might have in store for us. With a wide selection of activities to choose from including archery tag, climbing & zorbing , and topped off with some warm festive drinks, where else would you rather spend a few hours with your colleagues over the winter months than in this historic cultural space in the heart of the city.
