We recently teamed up with the amazing team at the Radisson Hotel Limerick for the first of many Family Fun and Corporate Team Building Days.
This fantastic day out was organised for the great team at Atlantic Aviation who are based in Shannon Co. Clare, so it was a no brainer in suggesting the Radisson as a location, as it was both convenient for them and would also facilitate all the activities they had in mind.
When it comes to organising a fun day out from the office, there can be a lot to consider, from food and drink, to entertainment, to activities that suit everyone, so that’s where we step in!
Atlantic Aviation had a few ideas in mind for their company day out, such as having something that was both family oriented and also involved team building. That’s when we suggested our Family Fun Day and Team Building Package. This package is very much inclusive, and mindful of everyone involved, from children of a young age to staff members of all ages and abilities.
With our exciting and colourful children’s play area, bouncing castles and face painters, the young ones had plenty to keep them occupied and entertained. For the older children, they also had lots of fun reaching new heights on our mobile climbing wall and testing their skills with our inflatable kick darts, all whilst the moms and dads were having their own fun with our team building activities.
The main aim for our team building activities is for colleagues to work together in alternative ways, with the hope of creating new and stronger relationships, and methods of communication that can be taken back to the office. Along with this, our team building activities create elements of friendly competition, lots of banter and of course tonnes of cheering from onlookers, which makes for an amazing atmosphere!

Overall it was a great day start to finish thanks to the great team at the Radisson Hotel Limerick, our fantastic Get West staff, and of course the amazing team at Atlantic Aviation who were so enthusiastic and eager to get involved and have fun!
