Located in the heart of Limerick, this great location with amazing views of the city and only a stone’s throw from the Get West HQ, is very popular amongst corporate groups. At Get West we have lots to offer and so we have put together a range of both indoor and outdoor packages with the Limerick Strand Hotel that are not only ideal for enhancing work relationships but make for an unforgettable day out.
All 5 full day package options include arrival refreshments, a half day meeting room, lunch and one of our popular Team Building activities. As mentioned, we offer both indoor and outdoor packages and these can be either land or water based, it’s up to you and your team to decide!

The Limerick City Kayak Tour
This guided kayak tour will bring you right through the heart of Limerick City. Soaking up famous landmarks and the city’s history, you will experience seeing Limerick like never before. This tour is packed with fun activities and team challenges as to keep everyone smiling and engaged, and is suitable for people of all strengths and abilities, you don’t even need to be able to swim as we have all the necessary equipment and trained staff.

Escape Limerick- The Ultimate Escape Room Experience
Escape Limerick is a great team bonding experience that is not only located in the heart of Limerick’s Medieval Quarter but each escape room is also themed on a chapter from Limerick’s history between the 1200’s and 1900’s. An escape room is a real-life physical puzzle game where you and your team are locked in a room for one hour with the objective being to interact with your surroundings and work together to crack clues and solve puzzles so that you figure out your escape before the 60 minutes are up!

With this package we put together a number of our traditional fun and inclusive team challenges but give them a medieval twist in order to fit in with the magnificent surroundings of King Johns Castle. Chain Reaction it is a focused team building oriented event with the goal of targeting specific areas of employee development. The group is split into teams with each team designing, planning and constructing a one-of-a-kind machine to achieve a certain outcome based on a specific brief.
